Participation terms
Doctors Networking Initiative is run with Medagree Healthtech Private Limited. These are the plain terms for taking part.
Payments
DNI is a paid community. You pay the DNI organisers directly, using the payment details the DNI team gives you in writing. MEDAGREE records that a payment was made so it can confirm your place, and does not process, collect or hold any payment. Never pay to details you were not given by the DNI team. If in doubt, write to admin@medagree.net first.
Receipts
A receipt is issued on request. Ask the DNI team, or write to us, and say which session it is for.
Refunds, transfers and changed dates
You get a full refund if you ask up to 7 days before a session. After that, we will not refund, but your place can be transferred to a colleague or moved to the next session. If a session moves to a new date, your place moves with it, and the 7-day rule counts from the new date.
Photography and filming
Sessions may be photographed or filmed, and clips may be shown on MEDAGREE (for example on Corridor) and on the DNI pages. If you do not want to appear, tell the team at entry and we will keep you out of the shot.
Sponsors and presenters
Sponsors and presenters at a session are identified as such. Being a sponsor or presenter is not an endorsement by MEDAGREE or DNI. No gifts or hospitality are offered to doctors beyond what the NMC Registered Medical Practitioner Professional Conduct Regulations, 2023 and the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP), 2024 allow. No member receives any payment, gift or commission for referring anyone.

What you give when you enrol is used to run DNI and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Questions go to admin@medagree.net.
