Upload your medical council registration certificate in Settings > Verification: State Medical Council or NMC for doctors, State Dental Council or DCI for dentists, the relevant AYUSH board for AYUSH practitioners. A degree certificate is optional supporting evidence. A person checks it by hand, and most reviews take about two working days.

For the first 7 days you can use MEDAGREE fully while you upload your document. After that, if no document is in review, your account becomes read-only: you can read, but not post, comment, apply or message until you are verified.

Settings > Privacy > Profile Visibility. When it is off you are hidden from the directory, search and suggestions, and anyone opening your profile link sees a private-profile notice.

Open the menu in a message conversation to block that person. Use the report option on a post, a message or a Corridor clip to tell our moderators. Do not put patient information in a post; if you see some, report it.

Yes. Settings > Account > Download your data gives you a copy. Settings > Account > Account Deletion Request asks us to delete your account.
