Usage expectations for MEDAGREE accounts, community features, and professional conduct.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, including your name, qualifications, NMC registration number, speciality, and current workplace. You must secure your login credentials and must not share account access with others. MEDAGREE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information is identified. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be archived following advance notice.
Clinical posts, case discussions, and educational content published on MEDAGREE must not contain identifiable patient information (including names, dates of birth, NHS/UHID numbers, photographs, or any combination that could re-identify a patient). Before posting clinical material, members must confirm that content has been appropriately anonymised or that patient consent has been obtained. MEDAGREE is not a clinical decision-support tool. No content on MEDAGREE constitutes medical advice, a clinical guideline, or a substitute for professional judgment in the care of individual patients.
Members must not impersonate another healthcare professional, institution, or regulatory body. Falsifying credentials, registration numbers, or employment history is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority (NMC India, GMC UK, or equivalent). Harassment, hate speech, and targeted abuse of other members are grounds for immediate suspension. Spam, unsolicited commercial solicitation, and bulk messaging through the platform are prohibited. MEDAGREE moderates content and reserves the right to remove posts or restrict accounts that violate these standards.
You retain ownership of the content you post on MEDAGREE — including clinical discussions, articles, and comments. By posting, you grant MEDAGREE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and index your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. MEDAGREE’s own brand, product design, software, and documentation are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trademarks (medical society logos, journal names, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.
Paid hiring plans, premium visibility features, and recruiter seat licences are billed at the organisation level. Each hospital or employer account may have multiple operators (admins, hiring managers) operating under a single billing entity. Plan limits, upgrade paths, and cancellation terms are detailed in the relevant plan description at the time of purchase. MEDAGREE reserves the right to update plan pricing with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers. Job listings posted through a paid plan remain visible until manually closed or until the plan lapses.

These Terms of Service apply to use of the beta environment and will be superseded by definitive terms at public launch. Governing law: Republic of India. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana.
